Office Cleaning Schedule
Nightly,

Front
entrance door: Spot clean glass, both sides.
Clean entire
front entrance
door both sides once, monthly.
Dust
and
Clean: All horizontal surfaces (cleared surfaces of desks,
chairs, tables, filing cabinets, furniture, and unobstructed work
areas.)
Remove smudges around door knobs, light switches, partitions, counters,
and unobstructed work areas. Disinfect all doorknobs and light switches.
Restrooms:
Clean urinals, toilets
and sinks using germicidal cleaner. Clean mirrors. Refill
soap
and paper products as needed with supplies furnished by customer. Clean
and mop floor with a germicidal cleaner.
Floors:
All hard floor surfaces
dust mopped and damp mopped with a neutral cleaner. All carpeted
walkways vacuumed
Trash
Receptacles: Emptied and trash carried to dumpster. Liners
replaced as needed with supplies furnished by customer.
Kitchen/Breakroom:
Clean kitchen
sink and counter tops with a germicidal cleaner. Spot clean any spills
on walls.
Office
Furniture: Organized and left in an orderly fashion.
Report any unusual occurrences,
malfunctions or damages.
Once per week:
Partition
Glass: Spot cleaned
Carpeted
Surfaces: Detail vacuumed.
Chair
Legs: Dusted
Once per month:
Picture
Frames: Tops dusted.
Partition
Glass:
Cleaned, entirely;
both sides
Ceiling
Vents: Dusted
High
and Low Dusting: All areas beyond the normal reach of
dusting.
